Our Office

Our office provides a warm atmosphere that encourages our patients to feel at home. Our soothing office décor encourages our patients to relax, and our investment in the latest dental technologies ensures that our patients will get the best treatment possible.

Our Technology

We believe that an integral part of the best dental experience is receiving the most current treatment protocols and using the most up-to-date equipment. We strive to keep current on the latest in dental technologies and equipment so that our patients receive the best treatment possible. We know you'll feel at home in our welcoming office, and we want you to be assured that you'll receive the highest quality of care. We use the following technical equipment:

• Digital radiography
• Electronic patient files
• iTero digital scanner
• Intraoral camera
• Televisions in every operatory

 We sterilize all our instruments using an ultrasonic machine, and then they're sterilized again in an autoclave that uses high temperature and pressure to ensure that they're sterile. Needles and sutures are used once and then safely discarded. Our use of barriers prevents contaminants from spreading, and all disposable items are used only once, and then they're safely discarded. We want you to be comfortable that we're absolutely committed to your safety and protection.

Our Services

We're a full-service dental facility, whether you need children's dental care, senior dental care, special needs dental care, or anything in between. Our typical demographic is from 30 to 60 years, but we'll see children who are at least six months old, and we'll see any patient who has special needs.

We welcome patients with disabilities and if a patient needs a certain accommodation, we would be happy to provide any within our means. Just let us know about any special needs when you make your appointment. We also accept walk-in patients, and we're close to public transportation.

We provide the following types of dentistry for all ages:

• Tooth whitening and Zoom whitening

If you need any of the above, schedule an appointment without delay. Often, when a dental issue is treated promptly, it prevents the issue from escalating and the tooth can be saved.

Emergency Services

Dental emergencies happen every day and at all hours, whether it's a broken or knocked-out tooth, a broken jaw, a lost crown or bridge, or severe tooth pain. If you're experiencing a dental emergency, call our office without delay. We'll provide you with instructions on care until a dentist can see you. If it's after our regular business hours, our recorded message will provide instructions.

We do our best to get patients in as soon as possible and have one operatory reserved for emergency patients.

If you're experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the closest emergency room.

Payment Options

We require payment in full at the time services are rendered and we accept the following forms of payment:

• Insurance plans

We're a preferred provider for many insurance companies so we accept most insurance plans and will bill your insurance company as a convenience. We'll estimate your co-pay based on your plan details and will require your copay at the time of service. We'll refund any overpayment.

We also offer an excellent membership plan for $299 annually and it includes 2 exams, 2 dental cleanings, 2 fluoride treatments, 1 set of X-rays (Valued at $512.00), and 10% off all other treatments. Hours and Location

We are located right off of West College Ave and North Richmond Street, between West Lorain Street and West Elsie Street. Look for a lime green sign out front.

We are open on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
